Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! So wherever you are, we've got you covered. AND that includes PO BOX addresses! Please refer to the Shipping section of the website under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ heading above for more detailed information on shipping costs and approximate delivery times. 

My order arrived damaged! What do I do now?
Please mail: 1) the original packaging; 2) filled out returns section of the invoice.

My tracking number shows my order arrived but I never received it!?
Please contact us at orders@ladyburgundy.com and include your order number, shipping, and billing address information. We will work with you to get any issues resolved.

Do you test on animals?
We are proudly cruelty free and have never, nor intend to test on animals. Our false eyelashes are also not made using any animal hair whatsoever. Animal cruelty is very important to us and we strive to always be an animal cruelty free makeup brand. Our future products will also always have this guarantee as well.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Our shipping and order confirmation is prompt so we recommend contacting us as soon as possible by emailing us at orders@ladyburgundy.com to make any changes to your order. We will do our utmost best to accommodate your request.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of cosmetics we do not offer returns on opened or used items. However if your item has arrived damaged or you have received the wrong item you may contact us at orders@ladyburgundy.com. For more detail on the returns process, please refer to the Returns section under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ heading.

Exchanges can be done as long as the order has not been shipped out. However please keep in mind, exchanges also depend on the inventory at that moment, so we cannot guarantee that the item you would like may be available at that point in time. Please contact us at orders@ladyburgundy.com and we will do our utmost best to accommodate your request.

Where else can I find Lady Burgundy products?
Lady Burgundy products are currently offered with the following retailers and stockists: Click here to see the most updated list. If you find our products anywhere other than with these retailers/stockists please note that we cannot vouch for their authenticity. All products that are bought with our official retailers and stockists must meet certain quality controls. Please note we only deal with returns and exchanges of products bought directly on LADYBURGUNDY.COM. For all other inquiries you must contact the original retailer or stockist.

Do you offer discounts to anyone in the beauty industry? Or for wholesale?
Yes and yes! We love working with and providing a great deal to professionals in the beauty industry. We have an application process set up for any beauty professionals who would like a discount when it comes to buying our products in bulk. If you are the owner of a Beauty Salon/School/Store or have an e-store and would like to stock our products in please email us at info@ladyburgundy.com and we would love to work with you.
