We ship WORLDWIDE! This includes PO BOX addresses as well as US territories. Please see our delivery times and shipping rates below:

USA 
Flat rate $12 USD shipping with tracking  & Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
Delivery time: typically 3 - 5 business days
Canada 
Flat rate $12 USD shipping with tracking  & Free shipping on orders over $100 USD
Delivery time: typically 3 - 10 business days
International Countries 
Flat rate $15 USD shipping with tracking                                                                                      
Delivery time: typically 7 - 15 business days

Orders are processed typically within 1-4 business days. Please allow more time during peak holiday seasons as order volumes tend to be larger during this time. Once your order has been processed you will receive a unique tracking number via the email you used to place your order. Unfortunately we are not responsible for any packages that get lost and arrive damaged once they have been shipped with a tracking number.

Lady Burgundy Inc. cannot be held liable for any errors in the following:

  • mailing to incomplete or incorrect addresses;
  • return to sender;
  • undeliverable addresses

Due to the nature of mailing items we cannot be held liable for any delays due to weather, postal service delays, carrier mishandling of packages and address errors. All customers are required to correctly enter in their shipping and billing address information to avoid any processing delays. Please allow at least 4 business days after placing your order to receive your unique tracking number via email.

International Shipping Information

For international orders we currently work with DHL (excluding United Kingdom) to get your packages to you as quickly as possible and also offer tracking. International shipping is available for ALL countries however due to the nature of postal services in some areas - we provide full tracking and partial tracking. 

Full Tracking = Your order is picked up, processed by DHL, scanned before departure to destination country and will include a final scan upon delivery. Your tracking will also notify you that your item has been delivered.

Countries with FULL tracking

Partial Tracking = Your order is picked up, processed by DHL, scanned before departure to destination country however WILL NOT include a final scan upon delivery. This is due to the fact that the final delivery is done by local postal services and not by DHL. Therefore we are not liable once the package has been scanned before departure to the destination country. If there are any errors after this - it is solely the responsibility of local postal services. 

Countries with PARTIAL tracking 

 

For our UK customers, we have teamed up with Yodel International to process and ship packages.

 

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us and if you feel that the items you have received are not up to that standard we will gladly accept returns. We currently accept returns on items that have arrived damaged, or if you have incorrectly received the wrong item. However, please understand due to the nature of cosmetic products, any overused makeup item cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Those sales are final. 


Return shipping, handling fees and any taxes charged at the time of the order are unfortunately non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your package has been damaged during the shipping process we will gladly replace it for the same item you ordered. Please fill out the returns section of the original invoice, which came with your order and mail the package to the address below. 

Simple Returns of Unwanted Items

Please understand that we cannot accept any used, opened items due to the nature of cosmetics and for hygienic reasons. 

 

Products purchased from anywhere other than www.LADYBURGUNDY.com unfortunately cannot be processed for returns. 


Once you have mailed your package back to us, allow for up to 15 business days to receive a refund.
Once we have received your returned item(s), you will be notified via the email address you had originally used to place the order.
