My love for Indian films was pretty known throughout my household but what I usually look out for when watching a good romcom is the latest makeup trends and clothing worn by the stunning actresses. I've had the pleasure of sending over our lip shades to the amazing Namrata Soni for her Masterclass and I know she's worked on so many film sets and worked her magic as well by creating new makeup looks and experimenting with colours.
I'd be lying if I didn't try to recreate or have shades that I fell in love while watching Indian films. After speaking to many makeup artists and watching them in action like Namrata Soni - sometimes the perfect lip shade that an actress is wearing is actually a combination of 2 - 3 different shades so I always aspire to create it... because who really has the time to pick up a few different shades from different brands when one can do it for you. Right? (Plus it's better for your pocket).

Kareena is known for minimalistic makeup and the "no makeup" makeup look is definitely all her! Beautiful skin and a very "your lips but better" is so Kareena. I think I've only seen her rock darker shades a handful of times, usually she loves to make her eyes the centre of attention and keep the lips looking natural with just a tint of colour.
