Our Des Jardins eyeshadow palette is an ode to our love of earthy green hues and colourful pinks inspired by serene french gardens. This palette contains 15 eyeshadows which include 9 soft matte shades, 2 duochromes and 4 shimmer shades. How to apply

1. Start off by grabbing your favourite makeup brushes.

2. Apply your favourite base eyeshadow or a primer for best results.

3. There aren't really any rules when it comes to creating looks but we recommend concentrating darker shades in the crease.

4. Take your time blending to really get that seamless look. Blend, blend... and blend some more!

Our Story

As a Canadian woman of Indian ethnicity, I struggled to find a great nude lipstick ALWAYS or see a model that looked like me. There was a definite lack of representation in the industry and I was always mixing together shades to find one that worked for me. I'd often get asked "what shade is that?" and never really have an answer to that question. I would always talk about how this was such a problem and one day I just had a light bulb moment... why not fix it? After 2 long years of research, saving up money to start and trying to find a lab to work with, I received an email from a lab in Toronto who decided to give me a shot after countless back and forth. This is how Lady Burgundy began and to be honest when the first 5 shades for the Lips x Matte collection launched, I bawled my eyes out. And now when I scroll through the website I'm at a loss for words at how far we've come. It's been quite the journey and I thank you all for the love and support so many of you have shown Lady Burgundy.
